Group Size

To keep the experience personal and flexible, groups are limited to a maximum of 8 guests.

Booking and Payment

To reserve your place, a USD 500 deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Once your deposit is received, you will receive:

• Arrival and meeting details

Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus deposit

• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50 percent of trip price refunded

• Less than 30 days before departure: non refundable
