I’m Filip - founder, trip designer, and your guide on this journey through Bosnia & Herzegovina.

For the past five years, I’ve worked in the high-end adventure travel industry, designing and leading thoughtfully crafted trips across North America and Europe. I’ve guided small private groups, managed complex logistics, and built long-standing partnerships with trusted local vendors - always with a focus on safety, quality, and meaningful experiences. Every trip I design is continuously refined, improved, and tested, so guests can travel with confidence and ease.

Outside of guiding, I live for the outdoors. I’m a passionate hiker, explorer, trail runner, regularly pushing my limits in endurance races and remote landscapes. That personal connection to movement and nature shapes how I design trips - balancing challenge with recovery, effort with reward, and adventure with comfort.

The Balkans are more than a destination to me, they’re home. I was born and raised here, and I carry a deep respect for its landscapes, history, and people. Sharing Bosnia & Herzegovina with travelers is deeply personal; it’s about showing the country as it truly is - resilient, wild, welcoming, and rich with stories.

I’m currently based in Los Angeles, but this journey is led together with two experienced local colleagues who know the terrain, culture, and communities intimately. From the moment you arrive until the day you depart, you’re fully supported by a dedicated team - handling logistics, private transportation, and every detail in between - so you can relax, feel secure, and fully enjoy the experience.
